A video package is shown hyping up past WrestleManias and tonight’s big extravaganza! Boom! Off go the fireworks and we are live and sold out for WrestleMania!! Tonight ladies and gentlemen is the biggest night in wrestling history! Titles hang in the balance as well as careers! Last not waste a second of time and lets get things started.. the Intercontinental Championship is on the line!!
Intercontinental Championship
Edge (c) vs. Kevin Nash
Bell rings and the two lock up. Nash shoves Edge into the turnbuckle. Nash shoves Edge into the corner and shoulderblocks him. Nash with an arm wringer and a top wristlock now into an arm lock. Nash locks the elbow on Edge. Nash takes Edge over by the arm and again applies a wristlock. Nash sends Edge into the ropes and sidewalk slams Edge. Nash charges Edge near the ropes now, Edge drops down and Nash falls to the outside. Edge goes outside after him and leaps, but is caught and rammed into the apron back first. Nash hoists Edge up over his shoulder, but he wriggles free and shoves Nash into the ring post. Edge retreats back inside the ring. Back inside now and Edge pummels Nash as he makes his way through the ropes. Edge applies an arm lock on the mat. Nash battling back and he throws punches, Edge hits a snap drop toe hold and goes back to the injured arm with an arm lock. Nash picks up Edge from the submission into a Fireman’s carry and he tried a Samoan Drop but he keeps the submission applied and Nash falls to the mat without hitting the maneuver. Nash now powers up to a vertical base and breaks the hold with a forearm to the face of Edge. Nash shove sedge into the corner and charges, but is met with a big boot to the face by Edge. Both men down now following a big Nash clothesline. Both men back to their feet and Edge with a headlock, sent to the ropes, and Nash hits a big back body drop. Edge charges Nash and Edge gets sidewalk slammed by Nash . Cover…1…………….2……..No! He now sets up a Jackknife but Edge maneuvers out of it and hits an impalor DDT. Cover…1………………2…………..No! Kick out! Edge then motions for the spear and once Nash reaches his feet he runs at him but Nash quickly moves and Edge nails the turnbuckle! Nash sticks Edge between his legs and hoists him up and nails the Jackknife Powerbomb! Cover…..1……………….2……………………3!! Nash wins it! We have a new Intercontinental Champion!! Kevin Nash holds his belt high in the air as the fans go crazy and we cut backstage…
Todd: I am standing by with the man that in just a few moments will face Chris Jericho! Hulk Hogan tonight is a big night for you because not only are you fighting for yourself out there but you are fighting for your good friend Randy Savage..
Hogan: You know somethin’ brother! Jericho thinks hes the top dog in this company! He thinks that all these legends should not be returning and it should be all about him… well I’m here tonight to prove him wrong! You see not only I am here representing Randy Savage… not only am I here representing all of Hulkamania.. but I am here representing every legend that has ever stood in that squared circle! So Chris Jericho.. my question to you is… Watcha Gonna DO?! Watcha Gonna Do when Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, all the legends, and all of Hulkamania run wild on you!!!?
Up next ladies and gentlemen is the Money in the Bank ladder match! Now the rules are simple.. In order to win you must climb the ladder and retrieve the briefcase! The winner will receive a contract that is good for a title shot any time and any place!
Money in the Bank - Ladder Match
Rey Mysterio vs. Scott Hall vs. Kane vs. Mr. Kennedy vs. Carlito vs. Rob Van Dam
We are underway with a big brawl in the middle of the ring as the fans chanted for RVD. Kane hit a huge clothesline on Hall in the corner and then gave Kennedy a press slam. Mysterio came in with a kick to Kane as Carlito retrieved a ladder but Van Dam hit a baseball slide and then a corkscrew plancha onto the ladder and Carlito! Mysterio nailed Hall with the ladder and then set it up against the ropes and climbed right up the ladder with a running senton onto Kane, Carlito and Van Dam on the outside! In the ring, and Hall is setting up the ladder but Kennedy comes in and slams Hall head first into the ladder. Kennedy started to climb but then Carlito came in and he and Kennedy traded some shots on the ladder and Carlito nailed a suplex on Kennedy off the top of the ladder! Kennedy rolls to the outside in pain. Back in the ring and RVD gave Mysterio a drop toe hold onto the ladder and then went for the rolling thunder but Mysterio moved and RVD went back first into it. Kane is setting up the ladder and started to climb. Kane reached but Mysterio came up the other side and traded shots and then Mysterio flipped over and went for a powerbomb, and got some help from Hall and Carlito to powerbomb Kane off the ladder! Mysterio nailed some right hands to Hall. Carlito came in with right hands on Hall and then grabbed a ladder and put it in front of Hall in the corner and charged at him, but Hall threw the ladder at him. Hall then nailed Kane with the ladder, and then Rob Van Dam. Hall’s in full control as Kennedy made his way back to the ring. Kennedy nailed chops on Hall and then tossed him into the barricade. Kennedy got in the ring and set up the ladder and started to climb but Carlito came in and was given a right hand. Mysterio then came in and Kennedy nailed him with a right and Carlito too. Kennedy fought off both men and started to climb again and we reached up and grabbed the case but then Hall climbed up and nailed Kennedy with a steel chair! Hall went to grab the case but then Mysterio climbed up and they traded shots and then Kane came in and hit the ladder with a ladder of his own sending both men toppling. Kane nailed the chokeslam on Mysterio and then started his ascent up the ladder. Van Dam came out of nowhere with a Van Daminator on Kane’s back! Carlito is in and grabbed a ladder and set it up in the corner and started to climb and came off with the splash on Kane! Carlito set up the ladder in the middle of the ring and started to climb and he has his hands on the case but then Hall grabbed him and climbed up and then Carlito nailed the back cracker off the ladder! RVD climbed the ladder in the corner and went right to the top and came off with a splash on Hall! Van Dam started to climb and he has a hand on the case but then Mysterio came from nowhere and landed right on the ladder! Mysterio nailed right hands and then Carlito set up a ladder next to it and started to climb but Mysterio nailed him and went over to that ladder and they traded shots but RVD tipped it and both toppled to the outside! RVD is on top of the ladder and grabbed the case but from below Kennedy tips the ladder and RVD goes flying to the outside! Hall comes back and nails Kennedy in the gut and hits the Outsider Edge! Hall sets up the ladder again! Scott Hall promises to win this tonight and climbs to the top only to have Kane begin to climb on the other side! Both men reach the top and Kane slaps the hand across the throat of Hall and leaps from the ladder chokeslamming him to the mat hard! Both Hall and Kane are down on the mat and ladder remains standing! Kennedy out of nowhere sneaks up the ladder with all men down… reaches up and retrieves the briefcase! Mr. Kennedy has won Money in the Bank!! I cannot believe it!
Well up next folks we have Hulk Hogan going up against Chris Jericho!
Hulk Hogan vs. Chris Jericho
Both men stared each other down and then locked up quickly. They continue to lock up and Hogan pushes Jericho down. Jericho finally gets in a cheap shot on Hogan and follows that up with a few rights. Hogan came back with a takedown of his own along with a few right hands. Jericho dumped Hogan to the outside, but Hogan rolled right back in and kicked Jericho right in the gut. Jericho ducks a Clothesline attempt and locks in the Walls of Jericho… Hogan quickly reaches and gets to the bottom rope. Hogan tries to regain some composure on the outside, but Jericho takes him out with a baseball slide. Jericho backs Hogan back-first into the ring and then slams him into the steel steps. Jericho exposed the top of the guard railing, but never used it. In the ring, Hogan lifts Jericho high in the air and drops him neck first off the top rope. Hogan then takes out Jericho with two quick clotheslines followed by choking Jericho on the bottom rope. Hogan then catapults Jericho into the second rope laying over the bottom rope. Hogan locks in a sleeper on Jericho to slow the action. Jericho then breaks out of the sleeper and takes Hogan off his feet with a big clothesline. When both get to their feet... Hogan takes out Jericho with a big boot to the face. Hogan runs in for the leg drop but nobody is home! Jericho goes for the Walls once again but Hogan throws him off! Hogan works on him in the corner with punches and then gets the 10 punches from the top! Jericho is able to nail an inzugri on Hogan and then nails the lionsault! Cover…….1……………2…………..No!! Hogan kicks out!! Hogan begins to Hulk up and Jericho tries to bring him down but he can’t! Hogan nails the rights on Jericho and nails the big boot! Hogan runs in for the leg drop but Jericho catches his legs and locks in the Walls of Jericho in the center of the ring!! Hogan claws his way toward the ropes but Jericho pulls him back to the center! This has gotta be it! Hogan might tap any second! Hogan gets the tapping hand ready but again claws over to the ropes and just makes it there! Jericho must break the hold but he doesn’t! The ref finally pulls him off with force and tackles him down to the canvas! Jericho yells at the ref then runs at Hogan but runs right into the big boot! Hogan runs into the ropes and nails the leg drop! Cover…….1……………2……………………3!! It’s over! Hogan wins it!! Hogan wins! Hogan reaches his feet and poses to the crowd as they go crazy and we head backstage with Todd standing by with Triple H!
Todd: Tonight Triple H you face Stone Cold Steve Austin in that very ring…
Triple H: I’ve said this so many times but I’m gonna keep saying it again! I should not be in the ring with Austin tonight… I should be in the WWE Championship match! It’s guys like HBK that just get whatever they want in this company and its guys like me that work and never get what they want!
*HBK walks in on the scene*
HBK: Is that right Triple H? So you’re saying winning the Royal Rumble isn’t working hard? You’re saying beating you last month and being assaulted by a sledgehammer but still coming back the next night like nothing happened isn’t working hard? I never lost my championship! I left this company with an injury and was forced to give up my belt.. and who was the guy that won it… John Cena was! So you going around and talking like you always do saying you should be in the title match is a bunch of bull sh!t! Me and John Cena deserve the title match and we are going to put on the best one possible… and at the end of the night I will walk out with the WWE Championship and there is nothing you can do about it!
Triple H: Well we’ll just have to see if I can change that…
HBK: You get involved in my match tonight and I will kill you!
*Both men stare each other down*
Well there seems to be some unfinished business and quite a bit of tension between those too men… but speaking of tension up next its Goldberg and Kurt Angle!!
Interpromotional Match
Kurt Angle vs. Goldberg
Both men lock it up! Angle with a side headlock takeover on Goldberg and he hangs onto the headlock on the mat. Goldberg sends Angle to the ropes and shoulderblocks him down. Angle drops down to the floor as Goldberg slaps on a headlock and Angle reverses it, slamming Goldberg down to the mat and then retreating outside the ring. Angle gets back inside now and they lock up again. Top wristlock applied on Goldberg. Goldberg applies a side headlock. Angle tries to send Goldberg to the ropes but Joe hangs onto Kurt’s clothing and comes back to re-apply. Angle now takes the straps down and tosses punches at Goldberg and whips Goldberg the ropes but Goldberg comes back with a huge clothesline! Goldberg sends Angle into the corner, and he shoulderblocks the steel ringpost. Angle now hits a German suplex. And both men are down. Angle to his feet and punches Goldberg. Throwing punches over and over, then kicks to the face of Goldberg. Angle now with a German suplex and hangs on, hits a second, hangs on, Goldberg reverses into a German of his own and hits an overhead release suplex. Goldberg clotheslines Angle but Angle fights back with an uppercut. Angle now hits a release German suplex. Angle goes for an Angle slam but Goldberg blocks it and nails a huge powerslam on Angle! Goldberg goes in the corner and sets up for the spear but Angle avoids it and grabs Goldberg’s ankle but Goldberg kicks free. Angle hits an uppercut on Goldberg and plants Goldberg on the top ropes, seated. Angle tries a belly-to-belly suplex but Goldberg headbutts him and shoves him off. Angle leaps back up and all in one motion overhead belly to bellies Goldberg to the mat! Cover….1…..2…………No! Goldberg kicks out at the last second! Kurt is getting frustrated and climbs the ropes and goes for a Moonsault but Goldberg moves out of the way and Angle hits the mat hard! Goldberg then goes to the corner and Angle gets up and is speared down to the mat! Goldberg roars to the crowd and points to the sky! Goldberg puts Angle in position and lifts him up but Angle slides out and takes Goldberg down at the knee and locks in the Ankle Lock! Goldberg reaches for the ropes but Angle pulls him back to the center and lays down in the middle of the ring! Goldberg screams in pain as he reaches but is not even close! The ref checks again on Goldberg but he says no! Goldberg begins to slowly lose all consciousness and the ref raises his hand in the air and it drops… he raises it and it drops again… if it drops this 3rd time the match is over… he lifts it but Goldberg keeps it up and kicks Angle in the face which breaks the hold entirely. Angle is now bleeding from the mouth from the kick and roles over to his knees. Goldberg begins to get up but from behind Angle nails the Angle Slam! Cover….1……………..2…………………No! Goldberg gets the shoulder up! Angle pounds his hands on the mat and goes for the ankle again but Goldberg kicks away and Angle hits the turnbuckle! Goldberg summersaults over and runs at Angle and nails the spear! Goldberg lays there on Angle and the ref goes for the count….1………….2………………………..No! Angle kicks out!! Incredible!! Goldberg makes it to a knee and grabs Angle and puts him in Jackhammer position! Angle counters and pushes him away then hops on the middle rope! Angle jumps at Goldberg but Goldberg hits him with the spear in mid air! Goldberg again makes it to his feet and this time lifts Goldberg up in the air and drives him down with a Jackhammer! Cover…..1………………2………………………….3! Goldberg wins it!! But that wasn’t easy that’s for sure! Goldberg reaches his feet and poses to the crowd and exits the ring! Goldberg walks up the entry way and Angle lifts his head and stares him down then drops it back to the mat.
We head backstage again as Josh is standing by with the challenger for the World Heavyweight Championship!
Josh: Randy Orton tonight the age of Orton could begin as you get a shot at the World title!
Orton: Josh the correct term to use is the age of Orton will begin! That’s right… Batista has nothing on Randy Orton! He may have been on a roll lately by winning that title just last month but tonight he will be stopped… and by the end of the night I will be holding up the World Heavyweight Championship!

Undefeated Streak on the Line
Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar
Undertaker makes his long and slow walk to the ring first. Lesnar is introduced next. Lesnar goes right at Taker with punches. Taker whips Lesnar to the corner, recoils off and Taker clotheslines Lesnar down. Then he clotheslines Lesnar over the rope to the outside. Back inside they go quickly. Taker sends Lesnar to the corner and charges but Lesnar gets up a big boot. Taker to the ropes and he hits a flying clothesline and a two count. Taker with an arm wringer and now climbs the ropes and attempts Old School. Lesnar whips him off but Taker hangs on and whips Lesnar across the ring. Taker with punches on Lesnar in the corner and a blatant throat choke. Referee calls for the break. Taker revs up and charges, connecting with a high knee to the face. Taker up and over the ropes to the outside. Taker back on the apron now and Lesnar spears him off to the outside floor. Lesnar and Taker on the apron now, Lesnar hits a swinging neck breaker across the ropes onto Taker, sending him back down to the outside floor. Back inside, Lesnar charges Taker and Spears him in the corner. Undertaker and Lesnar exchanging blows now. Lesnar goes to the top but Taker shoves him off to the outside floor, crashing down back first. Taker goes rope to rope and flies over the top rope, soaring onto Lesnar outside the ring. Taker sends Lesnar back inside now face up, with his head protruding from the apron. Taker with an elbow and then climbs the apron and drops the legdrop across the sternum of Lesnar. Taker for a pin but Lesnar kicks out at two. Taker now sets up and wraps the hand around the neck of Lesnar! Chokeslam connects! Cover…..1…………….2………….No! Lesnar kicks out!! Taker bounces off of the ropes and Lesnar gets a big boot up connecting with Taker's face. Lesnar belly to belly suplexes Undertaker over the fan barricade to the floor in the crowd. Lesnar now drags Taker back over and sends him back inside the ring. Referee counts the pin only to two. Lesnar applies the lion tamer to Undertaker as he tries to get to the ropes. Taker rolls backward to counter and tries a pin, but only gets two. Lesnar back to the leglock on Taker. Taker with a fist to Lesnar, favor returned by Lesnar. They go back and forth a few times. Lesnar's punches yielding BOOs. Taker's commanding YAYs from the crowd. Taker now with a head butt and sends Lesnar to the corner and Taker splashes Lesnar. Taker rears back and hits another. Taker hoists him up and hits Snake Eyes on Lesnar, then goes to the ropes but and nails a clothesline! Taker now goes for Old School and Lesnar trips him up so he falls across the top ropes in a straddle. Lesnar waits for Undertaker to get to his feet then nails a huge powerslam! Cover….1………..2…………No!! Lesnar is furious. Taker in the corner, Lesnar climbs and nails him with right hands. Taker grabs Lesnar from up top and nails a last ride!!! Taker gets to the cover…..1…………….2…………………No! Lesnar kicks out again!! Undertaker must wonder what he must do to defeat Lesnar! Undertaker begins to pick up Lesnar but Brock reverses and picks Taker up on his shoulders! Taker slides out and hoists Lesnar up and nails a Tombstone!!! Cover…….1…………………………2………………………….No!! Lesnar has kicked out!! Incredible! Lesnar will not say die in this match-up! Taker sits up and pulls Lesnar to his feet and tosses him into the corner. Taker runs at him but Lesnar moves out of the way and Taker hits the turnbuckle hard! Taker walks right into Lesnar who hoists him up on his shoulders and plants him with a huge F5!! The streak is over!! Lesnar gets the cover……..1…………………..2………………………..No!! Undertaker gets the shoulder up! Lesnar’s eyes get huge! He cannot believe it! Lesnar then pulls the Undertaker right back up and lifts him up in a tombstone position! But Taker flips back and reverses it and nails the Tombstone on Lesnar!! Cover…Undertaker hooks the leg……….1………………………2…………………………….3!! It’s over!!! The streak continues! Undertaker has done it!! What a war!! The lights dim on Undertaker as he stands tall in the ring and raises his hand high!
We had backstage as Todd is standing by with the Rattle Snake Stone Cold Steve Austin!
Todd: Well Stone Cold… we haven’t had a chance to hear from you at all since your return and up next is your match-up.. so what are your thoughts going up against Triple H?
Austin: What?
Todd: Um.. I said what are your thoughts…
Austin: What?
Todd: Well…
Austin: What? Ok I’m just kiddin you lad! Don’t be so tense! It’s just me! You’re friendly neighborhood Rattle Snake! But tonight I’m gonna do what Stone Cold does best and that’s raise hell all over the place! I’ve been quiet since I’ve returned and the rumors are stirring and I’m here to say that yes.. win or lose this will be my last match right here tonight! It’s been a long career for me and I’ve got bumped and bruised quite a bit along the way… but it’s been one hell of a ride! So tonight is no different! Triple H… you will get 100% Stone Cold Steve Austin! And I am leaving it all out there and takin’ nothing home with me!
"Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs. Triple H
Triple H attacks Stone Cold from behind to start things off. Orton in control for the early going until Austin mounts an offensive. He tries a suplex and Triple H counters with a float over, and then hits an inverted backbreaker. In the corner now, Triple H mounts Austin and chokes him blatantly. He delivers right hands, but The Rattle Snake fights back. Austin with more rights, goes to the ropes and is powerslammed by Triple H . Two count for Triple H . Triple H hits a leaping knee drop to the sternum of Austin. He goes for a pin and gets only two. Triple H applies a rear choke now to slow the pace. Back to a vertical base go both fighters. Austin battles free of the hold, but gets whipped to the ropes. Triple H telegraphs the back body drop and gets a kick to the face, then gets clotheslined down. Austin plants Triple H on the top ropes in a seated position, and then climbs setting up a superplex. Austin connects! Austin goes for the cover and gets only two. Spinebuster by Austin and another two count for him. Triple H rolls out of the ring. Austin goes after him. Triple H rolls back in; Austin climbs through the ropes but gets caught in a DDT. Triple H covers…1…………2…………..No!! Triple H stalking for the Pedigree. He goes for it…for Austin flips him over! Austin goes for the stunner but Triple H shoves him away and bails out of the ring! Austin then follows him to the outside and starts beating him on the announce table! Austin gets up there and sets up for a piledriver on the announce table but Triple H counters and sticks Austin in a Pedigree position! Austin flips Triple H over through the other announce table! Triple H goes crashing down!! The ref checks on both men and after a few minutes then begin to reach their feet! They both make it into the ring where Austin goes for the clothesline but the ref gets nailed on accident! Austin then kicks Triple H in the gut and nails the Stunner! Cover…. But there is no referee!! Austin goes over and shakes the ref but he doesn’t stir. From behind Triple H nails a low blow and Austin goes down to a knee! Triple H rolls to the outside and goes under the ring and gets the sledgehammer! Triple H makes it into the ring but Austin nails him and the hammer is dropped! Austin goes after Triple H but Triple H pushes him off and out of nowhere nails Austin right in the gut with the hammer! Triple H quickly loads Austin up and nails the pedigree!!! Cover… the ref comes over……1…………………..2…………………….3!! Triple H wins it! I can’t believe it! What a cheap way to win a match! Triple H exits the ring with the hammer in his hand as the fans boo! Austin reaches his feet a few minutes later and the fans stand and gives him applause! Austin waves a goodbye to all of the fans and then exits the ring…
Up next it is the battle for the World Heavyweight Championship!!
World Heavyweight Championship
Batista (c) vs. Randy Orton
Orton dodged Batista’s advances, but then went into a lock up with him and got pushed halfway across the ring. Batista backed him into the corner, but Orton ducked behind the ropes and gave him a cheap shot to the knee. Randy rolled him up for a quick near fall, but Batista backed him into the corner again and caught him with a shoulder thrust. Orton scored with a thumb to the eye, but Batista came back with a big boot and a vertical suplex. Orton rolled to the outside and Batista followed. Batista tossed him into the guardrail, but Orton came back and threw Batista into the steel steps. Batista, favoring his knee, used a barrage of simplistic offense to build momentum. Orton went back to work on the knee, though, and built some momentum of his own. The challenger used a wide array of moves to work of the champion’s knee. Orton locked on a Figure Four. Batista grabbed the ropes to break the hold. Orton kept working over the knee and got admonished by the ref. With his lip busted open, Orton scored with two running knee strikes and earned a near fall. He dragged Batista to the center of the ring and locked on a half Boston Crab. Batista struggled for quite awhile before inching toward the ropes. Orton dragged him back to the center of the ring, so Batista rolled thru and surprised Orton with a roll-up 1………….2…………….NO!! He kicks out. Batista tried to follow with a powerslam, but Orton countered and struck the leg again. Orton tried to completely regain momentum, but Batista caught him with a spinebuster. Batista got fired up with a series of clotheslines and a standing back body drop. His knee still bothered him but he was able to nail a powerslam. The champion followed with a rolling Senton Drop and called for the sit-out powerbomb. Orton blasted Batista in the knee to break the finisher attempt and out of nowhere nails the RKO!! Orton can’t quite make the cover but finally gets the arm over…. Cover.....1……………………2…………………..No! Batista kicks out!! Orton again waits for Batista to reach his feet… and finally he does… Orton nails another RKO on Batista! Cover again…….1……………………….2……………………………….No!! Batista kicks out!! I can’t believe it!! Orton is livid! Orton poises once more for a 3rd RKO! Batista begins to stir and makes it to his feet… Orton goes for it but Batista throws him off and Orton hits the canvas hard! Orton gets up and Batista kicks him in the gut… hoists him up in the air and drives him to the mat with a Batista Bomb!!! Batista gets an arm over on Orton……1…………………………..2………………………….3!!! Batista retains the World Championship!! What a battle!! Batista makes it to his feet and is handed his championship belt! He holds it in the air and exits the ring! Batista and Orton had a solid battle but tonight it was Batista’s night!
Up next it’s a unique battle for the US title! 3 men have one goal in mind.. and that’s to walk out of here with the gold!
United States Championship - Triple Threat
Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Booker T vs. The Great Khali
We have a bell and Booker and Lashley double team Khali who tosses Booker T out and choke tosses Lashley into the corner. Kicks to the gut of Lashley until he falls to the floor. Khali then picks him up and drives elbows. Lashley quickly turns it around and shoulder blocks Khali a few times, then sends Booker T into Khali. Booker T and Lashley double teaming Khali in the corner now. Booker T suddenly rolls up Lashley out of nowhere and gets a two count. Booker T hits a flying forearm on Lashley followed by a couple shoulder blocks. Booker T sets up and then nails the bookend on Lashley but runs right into a big boot by Khali! Khali goes for a Vice Grip and its blocked. Tries again, and applies it. Booker T rives in pain but finally Lashley breaks the hold and is able to nail a spinebuster on Khali!! Lashley goes after Booker T and gives him some right hands in the corner. Khali then makes his way over and slaps Lashley in the back then tosses him into the other corner and stomps on him and chokes him with his boot! Booker T then attacks Lashley from behind and hits a side kick which startles the big man. Booker T then kicks him in the gut and runs in for the scissor kick but Khali short arm clotheslines Booker T to the mat. Khali applies a nerve hold now to Booker T. Booker T turns around and throws punches. Khali big boots Booker T and applies a Vice Grip. Batista slides in and kicks Khali and he gets tied up in the ropes. Lashley clocks Khali a few times. Booker T comes from behind and kicks Lashley in the gut and runs into the ropes and nails the scissorkick! Khali is still tied up in the ropes and Booker makes the cover on Lashley….1…………….2………………..3!! We got a new US Champion!! Booker T regains the title!! Booker T grabs the championship and embraces it but from behind comes Khali who kicks Booker in the face! Khali picks up Booker T with both hands but Lashley comes from behind and nails Khali with the title belt! Lashley runs into the ropes and spears him down to the mat! Khali rolls to the outside and Lashley and Booker shake hands as Lashley hands him the US title!
Well coming up next folks is our main event! These 2 men are good friends but tonight they are opponents! Shawn Michaels was World Champion for 4 months until an injury took him out of the game for 5 months. In that time a tournament was held on John Cena became the new champion! Ever since Shawn Michaels return he has never received a shot at the title he never lost… tonight is his opportunity!

HBK applied a headlock and rotated b/t that hold and an armbar. Michaels again dodged all of Cena’s retaliatory punches and knocked the champ to the mat. HBK looked supremely confident in the early going. Cena, meanwhile, appeared frustrated. HBK went back to the armbar and added a few shoulder thrusts. Dueling chants broke out for Cena, who was taken to the mat by an HBK headlock. Cena battled back to his feet, but HBK took him right back to the mat with a headlock. The champ got back to his feet again and finally connected with a hard clothesline. HBK was rattled and rolled to the corner to re-coop. Once the action restarted, Cena took HBK down with a shoulder tackle. Michaels came back with a Thesz press, but Cena tossed him over the top rope soon after. HBK landed on the apron, though, and hotshotted Cena’s neck across the top rope. The challenger then hip tossed Cena over the top rope and to the floor. He blasted Cena with an enziguiri and proceeded to catch him with an Asai moonsault. Back in the ring, HBK confidently controlled the match, but looked shaky after that moonsault. Cena tried to comeback with a big boot in the corner, but HBK caught his foot and punched him in the knee. Michaels smelled blood and stomped away at Cena’s left knee. He dragged him to the ring post and wrapped Cena’s leg on the steel. The challenger continued to work over the champ’s knee with a chop block and several more stomps. Cena got to his feet after the ref asked if he could continue. Michaels wrapped Cena’s leg on the second rope and torqued it backward. Cena tried to get in a punch, but HBK ducked it and punched his knee. HBK caught him with a few knife edge chops, but Cena started to fight back with hard right hands. Cena scored with a really hard right hand that sent HBK flying backwards. However, Michaels recovered quickly, ran, and dove shoulder-first into Cena’s gut. They again traded blows in the corner until HBK went for another running shoulder thrust. Cena moved and sent Michaels head-first into the steel post, busting the challenger open. The champ smelled blood and took HBK’s head off with a clothesline. He then mounted him and punched his lights out. He connected with a pair of diving shoulder tackles and the Prototype spinning back drop. Cena went for the Five Knuckle Shuffle, which drew massive boos from the crowd. The champ connected and got ready for his finish. He went for the FU, but HBK countered. Cena sent Michaels flipping into the corner, though. The champ tried to follow with a clothesline, but HBK ducked and went for the super kick. Cena ducked and caused Michaels to kick the ref. He then went for the FU, but HBK countered into a DDT. As Michaels regained his bearings, he got noticeably pissed off at being busted open and exposed the bottom part of the ring steps. HBK dragged Cena to the steps and gave him a spike piledriver onto the steel. Michaels then heaved Cena’s limp body back into the ring. The top of Cena’s head was busted open. Back in the ring, HBK called for a ref. 1…….…2………..…No! Cena kicked out! HBK connected with a flying forearm and went to the top rope for a diving elbow drop. He nailed it and tuned up the band for Sweet Chin Music. Michaels went for it, but Cena scored with a desperation diving clothesline in counter. Back to their feet, the two traded blows in the middle of the ring. Cena went for the FU, but HBK countered into a sunset flip for a near fall. Michaels tried to follow with a Thesz press, but Cena caught him, hoisted him into FU position, and connected with it! Cover……1…………2…………………………..No! HBK kicked out! Unbelievable!! Cena placed HBK on the top rope and went for a super FU. HBK elbowed his way out and knocked Cena to the mat. He connected with a diving cross body, but Cena rolled thru and picked HBK up into FU position. As the champ tried to drop the challenger on his back, HBK countered in mid-air and landed on his feet. Michaels went for the super kick, but Cena countered and went for the STFU. HBK countered and escaped, but Cena tried again. Michaels again countered, but Cena again went for it and finally locked it on. HBK inched toward the ropes and just barely grabbed them. The ref had to forcibly pull Cena off of HBK! While Cena was tied with the ref HBK got up and went for the superkick but Cena duck and the ref got nailed!! Michaels then clotheslined Cena quickly down to the mat and both men are down! Suddenly the crowd begins to look toward the entrance way as Triple H comes walking down with his sledgehammer in hand! What the heck! Well he promised Shawn Michaels would not walk out of here with the belt here thinks that he deserves! Triple H gets into the ring with the hammer and waits for Michaels to reach his feet.. Michaels gets to a knee and Triple H swings the sledgehammer but Cena catches it and takes it away from the Game! Cena swings at Triple H but he bails out of the ring quickly! Cena now has the sledgehammer and Michaels gets the rest of the way up… Cena turns around and decks Michaels right in the chops with it!! What the heck??!! Cena smiles and tosses the hammer down! Triple H then tosses the ref back in the ring as Cena covers Michaels….1……………….2…………………………………………..3!!! John Cena has retained the WWE Championship!!! But what in the world have we just seen?? Cena and Michaels were friends! Triple H gets in the ring and hands John Cena the belt as both men shake hands!
Triple H raises the hand of Cena in the air as WrestleMania comes to a close….What the heck is going on??!
