|  | WWE Backlash!! Career vs. Title! 2 out of 3 Falls!

A video package is shown hyping up Hogan's career vs. the WWE title here tonight... then BOOM! Off go the fireworks and we are set for Backlash!! Tonight every Raw championship will be decided including the career of Hulk Hogan! Not only that but a huge 2 out of 3 falls match! Lets not waste anytime and get to the ring for some action!!
Money in the Bank on the line
Mr. Kennedy vs. Kane
Kane charged with a running big boot, but Kennedy ducked it and wailed away on him in the corner. He tried to follow with a running clothesline, but Kane got his boot up and caught Kennedy square in the face. Kane then went to work on Kens arm and tossed him outside! Kane followed him out and slammed his arm into the ring steps, leaving Kennedy reeling. Back in the ring, Kane continued his assault on the arm, grabbing him in a mercy grip, lifting him in the air, and dropping him hard on the mat. Kennedy rolled to the outside again, but Kane followed and slammed Mr. Money in the Bank shoulder-first into the ring-post. Back in the ring, Kennedy tried to escape the Big Red Machine. His only escape route was to again head to the outside. Kane followed once more, allowing Kennedy the window he needed to gain a much needed strike. However, Kane came back quickly. To the ring they returned, where Kane grabbed Kennedys throat for a chokeslam but he countered and hit an arm drag! Kennedy finally got his offense going with a series of punches and kicks. Kane came back with a boot to the shoulder, though, before returning his focus to Kennedy then made his way to the corner and removed the top turnbuckle cover. Kane didnt let up, though, scoring with a hard clothesline for another near fall. Kanes dominance continued with an old school choke in the corner, but meanwhile the top turnbuckle cover was still uncovered! Kane tried for a running big boot in the corner, but Kennedy moved and sent Kane crotch-first across the top rope. Kennedy followed with a running forearm that knocked Kane off the apron and to the floor. Kennedy followed him outside and stomped away. He rammed Kanes face into the guardrail and went back in the ring. Kennedy went to the apron and tried to come off with a flying cross body, but Kane caught him and rammed him back-first into the ring post. Back in the ring, Kane called for a chokeslam and nailed it!! But Kane cannot get to a cover! Finally he does but Kennedy gets the foot on the bottom rope! Kane gets to his feet and argues with the ref but from behind Kennedy takes down his knees! Kennedy then muscles up Kane and nails the kenton bomb!! Incredible! Kennedy makes the cover

..No! Kane kicks out!! Kennedy cant believe it!! He grabs Kane and picks him up again but Kanes foot hits the ref and he goes down! Kane then slides out and grabs Kennedy neck but Kennedy runs him into the exposed turnbuckle! Kane goes down to a knee and Kennedy runs out and grabs the briefcase! Kennedy runs back in and goes for nail Kane but Kane again grabs his throat but Kennedy kicks him below the belt and then nails him square in the head with the briefcase! Kennedy makes the cover and the ref crawls over

Intercontinental Championship
Kevin Nash (c) vs. Edge
The bell rings and Nash steps forward looking to strike. They lock up and Nash launches Edge out of the ring through the ropes. Shoulder charge by Nash on Edge. Edge with boots to the face on Nash followed by a quick clothesline. Nash with more strikes on Edge. Nash with a few rights on Edge in the corner. Edge with a clothesline on Nash sending him over the top rope. Nash stays on his feet and Edge catches him with a baseball slide. Edge jumps off the ring apron at Nash, but Nash catches him and sends him back first into the steel ring post! Nash rolls in to break the referee count and headbutts Edge. Nash launches Edge into the ring barricade near the announce tables. Nash again breaks the count and drops Edge face first off the ring barricade. Another count break and drops Edge face first off the ring apron. Nash throws Edge back in, but Edge takes the back of Nash and applies a body scissors. Edge then with a camel clutch on Nash to make him humble. Nash looks to lift Edge put, but he falls back down and they roll to the sound with Edge keeping the body scissor in. Nash grabs the ropes, the referee breaks it up and Edge again goes back to the camel clutch. Nash drops Edge back first on the ring. Double clothesline and both men are down. Both men are up, hit double kicks and they are both down again. Back and forth shots between the two. Nash misses a charge, but Nash catches Edge, snake eyes, boot to the face and elbow drop combo. Edge with a big boot on Nash in the corner. Edge puts Nash up on the top, Edge stands up on the top, Nash throws Edge off, goes back to the top, jumps, but Edge moves and Nash lands hard. Edge then goes in the corner and sets up for a spear! Nash gets up and gets drilled with it! Edge covers him

No! Nash kicks out! Edge cant believe it! Edge goes into the corner once again and runs at Nash but Nash hits him with a big boot!! Edge then quickly gets up but Nash puts him between his legs, hoists him up and nails the jackknife powerbomb!! Cover

we all know its true! He blames me for what happened to him at WrestleMania and will stop at nothing to get payback! Well Im here to say is he is looking for payback on the wrong guy
you see I am next in line for a title opportunity and its Michaels that is standing in my way
so tonight I am going to run him down!
Its time for Goldberg to take on Angle and Khali! This could be too much to handle for Goldberg... we'll have to wait and see..
Interpromotional Handicap Match
Kurt Angle and Khali vs. Goldberg
Khali and Goldberg get nose to nose to start this thing off! Goldberg strikes him with a right hand that barely fazes him. Goldberg then bounces off the ropes with a shoulder block but again the monster does not move! Goldberg again runs into the ropes but Khali chops him down! This might be the longest night of Goldbergs life! Khali manhandles Goldberg and tosses him into the corner and gives him a boot to the throat! Finally he throws Goldberg to the mat and tags in Kurt Angle. Angle comes in and works on the ankle of Goldberg giving it kick after kick! He lifts Goldberg to his feet and goes for a belly to belly but Goldberg blocks it and delivers one of his own! Goldberg gets Angle to his feet and brings him into the corner where he hits some rights on him until the ref breaks it up! Goldberg then hits an inverted suplex then taunts to Khali! Khali then comes in the ring and Goldberg goes loose on him and sends him right back out! Angle then comes from behind and nails the Angle Slam on Goldberg! Cover

.No! Goldberg gets the shoulder up! Angle is now on top of Goldberg and locks in a body scissors! Goldberg inch by inch scoots toward the ropes and finally makes it! Angle picks Goldberg up and hits a German! Angle holds on and hits another but releases Goldberg this time and dives on Goldbergs ankle! Angle gets the ankle lock locked in! Goldberg though spins out and kicks Angle off! Angle comes back with a belly to belly over head throw and then goes over and tags in Khali! Khali stomps on the chest of Goldberg and then scoops him up and drops him on the canvas! Khali picks Goldberg up yet again and nails a sidewalk slam! Khali with a cover..1

..No! Goldberg kicks out! Khali then throws Goldberg into the ropes and goes for a boot but Goldberg ducks it and clotheslines the big man down! Goldberg hops right down on him and applies a choke hold! Khali reaches out to the ropes but even his long arms cant even grab them! Angle then comes in and breaks things up! Goldberg then grabs Angle by the throat and presses him up and tosses him over the top! Goldberg turns around and Khali grabs his neck with both hands and picks him up but Goldberg kicks out! Goldberg then runs into the ropes and spears Khali down! Goldberg calls for a jackhammer! Can he lift up the big man? Angle then comes in with a chair but Goldberg spears down Angle before he can nail him!! Goldberg roars to the crowd once again and points to the sky! Goldberg sticks Angle in position but from behind Khali nails Goldberg in the back of the head with a loaded fist! Goldberg goes down and Khali has Angles gold medals around his knuckles! Khali then nails Goldberg right between the eyes and lays him out! Remember this is no disqualification! Khali then grabs Goldberg with both hands by the throat
lifts him up in the air and drives him down right onto the steel chair!! Khali goes over and shakes Angle and then drags him over and puts him on top of Goldberg! Angle wakens and hooks the leg

.3! Its over!! Kurt Angle and Khali have won this match! Angle talks smack in the face of Goldberg and then gets up with Khali! Angle and Khali stand tall and Angle is celebrated as if he did all the work! Both men exit and Goldberg reaches his feet and looks to be still angry!
Up next it's 2 out of 3 falls! This match is based on revenge! Shawn Michaels is out for revenge on what happened at WrestleMania!! And remember this match is no DQ!

Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels
Michaels and Triple H locked it up and Triple H backed Michaels to the corner and the two traded right hands, with Michaels knocking HHH down. Michaels continued to hammer away on the game, using the ropes to hold himself up. Triple H escaped to the outside to regroup. They locked up again with Michaels locking in a side headlock and he then chopped HHH down to the mat. Triple H came back and hammered the left leg of Michaels which sent Michaels down. Triple H then stomped away on the leg of Michaels. Triple H continued to stomp away at Michaels, and then hammered away at him with right hands on the canvas. Michaels tried to fight back with kicks from his good left, but Triple H went right back to the left knee, taking Shawn down. Triple H then dropped some elbows to the leg of Michaels as the referee asked if he could continue. Triple H locked in a leg lock on Michaels on the mat and Michaels is visibly in pain. Triple H then drove his elbow into the knee of Michaels repeatedly. Triple H locked in the Figure Four Leglock on Michaels. Michaels pleaded with the referee not to ring the bell as Michaels yelled in pain. Michaels tried to reach the ropes and he then tried to flip Trips over and he cant find a way out of this Figure Four! Michaels finally made it to the ropes to break the hold! Triple H pulled Michaels to the corner and went to whack his leg into the ring post, but Michaels pulled him forward, sending Triple H head first into the ring post! Michaels somehow got to his feet and chopped Triple H, but the Cerebral Assassin went right back to his knee. Michaels fought back, sending Triple H into the corner but he reverses and Michaels hits hard! Triple H then rolls up Shawn with a hand full of tights! 1

3! Triple H wins the first fall!! Michaels looks angered as the ref gets both men up to their feet and rings the bell for the 2nd fall to begin! Michaels scored with an inverted atomic drop, three times. Michaels scored with a clothesline, and he is not moving well at all. Michaels hit some right hands and then a big right to take Hunter down. Michaels made the cover but Trips kicked up at two. Trips fought back and went for a Pedigree, but Michaels hit a low blow! No! Triple H kicks out! He gets Triple H to his feet but out of nowhere is hit with a spinebuster! Triple H loads up Michaels and nails a Pedigree but cannot make the cover! He finally gets over

..No! Michaels kicks out! Triple H gets him up and runs him into the ropes but Michaels nails the flying forearm! Michaels crawled to the ring apron and then slowly climbed the ropes. Michaels then came off the ropes with the elbow and he is in tons of pain after that one! Michaels got the crowd hyped, and it looks like he is set to hit some Sweet Chin Music! Triple H makes it to his feet but ducks the kick! He then nails Michaels in the gut! Triple H then came running at Michaels, and Michaels hit the Sweet Chin Music out of nowhere! Cover

3!! Shawn Michaels has tied it up!! The ref waits for both men to reach their feet and then they go at it again! Triple H hits the Harley Race high knee and loads up Shawn Michaels! Michaels fights out of the pedigree but Triple H gets him loaded again and nails it in the center of the ring!! Cover

.No! Michaels has kicked out of the Pedigree!! Triple H looks frustrated then goes to the floor and pulls out the sledgehammer! The ref begs for Triple H not to use it but he pushes him out of the way and goes to hit Shawn but he nails a low blow on Triple H! Michaels then grabs the sledgehammer and looks down at it! He then looks at Triple H and decks him in the chops with the hammer!! He gets a taste of his own medicine tonight! Michaels covers Triple H

..3!! Its over! Shawn Michaels wins it!! Michaels gets to his feet and stares down at Triple H! This was a night of payback for HBK and he got it! What a great victory by beating Triple H 2 straight falls!
What a battle! Now up next we say goodbye to one of the tag team belts... but which team will be victorious?
Tag Title Unification Match
Matt and Jeff Hardy vs. Rey Mysterio and Kidman
Kidman and Matt Hardy started it out with a lock up. Matt with a shot to the gut and some more right hands. Matt whips Kidman to the ropes but Kidman comes back with a spin kick. Tag to Mysterio and he hits a dropkick. Mysterio with a springboard cross body for two. Matt fights back and sends Rey into the buckle, sternum first and then tags in Jeff who comes in and kicks Rey in the mid section and then sends him head first into the buckle. Rey fought back with some kicks to Jeff but Jeff scored with a hurricanrana for a two count. Rey with a spinning headscissors on Jeff and called for the 619 but Jeff ducks! Rey tried a sunset flip powerbomb off the apron on Matt but Matt was too big. Kidman then gave Matt a thrust kick to help Matt over. On the outside Kidman perches Jeff on the barricade and went to the apron and hit a legdrop across his back. Back inside, and Jeff is covered for two. Kidman and Rey send Jeff to the buckle and Kidman lefts him up for a BK bomb and Rey dropkicks him while Kidman drops him down! Cover

..3!! The Hardyz win it!! They Hardyz have won the WWE Tag team titles and retain the World tag team titles!! Incredible!! Matt gets back in the ring and celebrates with Jeff! Both Rey and Kidman get to there feet and shake their hands! What a match these men put on!
Now the moment has arrived ladies and gentlemen! Hogan has had a storybook career but it may all end here tonight...but is it worth it? Hogan says if he tastes gold one more time in the business he will complete the journey... it all boils down to this...
WWE Championship vs. Hogans Career
John Cena (c) vs. Hulk Hogan
They locked it up and Hogan threw Cena down to the mat. They locked up again and Hogan again shoved Cena down, and then pushed him down. They tied up again and Cena worked the arm and then grabbed a side headlock but Hogan reversed into one of his own and then hit a shoulderblock off the ropes sending Cena to the outside. Back inside and they locked up again with Cena kicking the knee and then chopping Hogan in the corner. Hogan then whipped Cena to the corner, and Cena landed across the top turnbuckle and Hogan kept kicking him and Cena straddled himself over the ropes and then Hogan took over with right hands. Cena came back with a thumb to the eye and then hit some more chops and right hands in the corner. Hogan came back with a clothesline, and then sent Cena over the top to the outside. Cena got on the apron and Hogan flipped him back in and then whipped him to the ropes and hit a running clothesline. Hogan with some right hands but then Cena came back with one of his own and then hit more rights in the corner before going to send Hogan headfirst to the buckle but Hogan blocked it and then Cena slapped him, and then slapped him again. Hogan came back sending Cena to the corner and Cena flipped upside down and then slapped Hogan again but Hogan then nailed Cena sending him off the apron to the outside, and Hogan followed out. Hogan slammed Cena onto the Spanish Announce Table and then hammered away on him with right hands. Hogan whipped Cena into the ring post and then went to ram Cena into the ringpost again, but Cena floated out and pushed Hogan headfirst into it. Cena threw Hogan into the ringpost again before hammering him with right hands. Cena tossed Hogan back inside and hit some mounted punches in the corner but Hogan threw him off. Cena came back with more mounted punches right above the eye and Hogan threw him off again. Hogan is busted open from the right hands of Cena and is bleeding pretty bad. Cena hammered him some more and Hogan is a mess. Cena sent Hogan to the ropes and then caught him in a sleeper hold. Hogan began to fade and he is really bleeding badly, with blood dripping over the arm of Cena in the sleeper. Hogans hand dropped twice but he stopped the third and escaped with a back suplex. Cena picked up Hogan and nailed a modified suplex and then the 5 knuckle shuffle! Cover

..No!! Hogan kicks out again! Hogan begins to shake the head and starts Hulkin Up! Cenas right hands do not faze the challenger as Hogan points directly at him! Hogan hits a right hand
then another! Then another! Hogan tosses Cena into the ropes and nails the big boot!! The crowd goes crazy as Hogan runs in and nails the Leg Drop!! Cover on Cena

.No! Cena gets the shoulder up! Oh my goodness!! Hogan picks Cena up to a vertical base but Cena pushes him right into the referee and he goes down! Cena then nails a low blow on Hogan and he goes down to the mat! The fans begin to stand and look toward the entrance way and he comes Triple H! He has no business out here! What is he doing? Triple H grabs the WWE Championship belt and tosses it in the ring to Cena! Cena grabs it then waits for Hogan to reach his feet
suddenly Shawn Michaels comes running from the back! Triple H tries to stop him before the ring but he spears him down to the mat and runs in the ring! Hogan is up to a knee and Cena has the title ready but Michaels comes in the ring and goes for Sweet Chin Music but Cena ducks it and the kick nails Hogan!! HBKs eyes get huge! He cant believe what hes just done! Cena then takes the belt and lays out Michaels with it! Cena gets down and covers Hogan

.3! Its over! Its over!! Hogans career is over! Cena gets up and grabs the WWE title and holds it high in the air! Triple H then gets back in the ring and shakes hands with Cena as both men spit on Hogan!! These 2 men are a force that may never be stopped! Cena holds up the belt as Triple H mocks Hogans ear to the crowd as Backlash comes to a close
